OPENING KEYNOTE: UNMUTING YOUR REMOTE WORKFORCE

The world of work has shifted dramatically over the last year and a half. The pandemic, the “great resignation”, talent shortages, and rising wages are all making it critical for employers to engage their teams in new ways. Engaging our remote employees presents a set of unique challenges that many companies and managers have never encountered. During this session we’ll work through a process of listening, planning, and acting on practical approaches to keeping remote employees connected to the company and culture.

Each element provides scalable options on a spectrum of good-better-best, backed with best practice examples, case studies, and success stories.

Join us in this interactive session to find out. As Mark Twain famously said, “It ain’t what you don’t know that gets you into trouble. It’s what you know for sure that just ain’t so.”
